Application for reduction of tuition fee
for students who registered for additional semester, Fall, 2015

1. Subject
  - Among students who have already registered for the minimum number of semesters but haven’t completed the degree yet, those who are taking a class in Fall semester, 2015
  * Minimum registration semesters: 4 semesters for Master’s program, 4 semesters for Doctorate  program, 8 semesters for Integrated program of M.S. and Ph.D.
  - Students who will apply for 6 credits or less in Fall semester, 2015

2. Application Procedure
  - Application period: Jul.13th(Mon) ~ Aug.3rd(Mon), 2015

   (Able to print out the reduction of tuition bill for additional semester from Aug.21st [Fri] only in the case that you apply for classes of 6 credits or less within the course application period from Aug.12th [Wed] to Aug.18th [Tue], 2015.)
   (On the tuition bill printed before Aug.20th(Thu), there's no reduction of tuition fee. So please re-print out the tuition bill after Aug.21st(Fri))

  - Required document: Application form for reduction of tuition fee (Attachment)
  - Method of submission: Sending an e-mail (grad@ajou.ac.kr)
  - Confirmation: Applicant’s tuition bill will be changed after confirming the information of applicant’s classes.

3. How to register
  - Print out the tuition bill: scheduled to print out from Aug.21st (Fri) to Aug.28th (Fri)
  - Registration period: Aug.24th (Mon) to Aug.28th (Fri)
  - Note:
    1) In case of change of credits by changing classes, additional tuition fee will be charged.
    2) Reduction of tuition fee will be reflected on the tuition bill after finishing the application for classes because of the schedule of registration and application for courses

4. Payment Amount
  - 0 to 3 credits : Pay one-third of your tuition fees
  - 4 to 6 credits : Pay one-half of your tuition fees
  - 7 credits and over : Pay full amount of tuition fees
